RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


We hope you love your KIRE as much as we do, but we understand that not everything goes to plan. We will happily provide you with a refund or a store credit (excluding shipping and processing fees).

RETURNS INFORMATION
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be returned in original conditions - unworn, unwashed and with zero stains.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept underwear and swimwear returns
We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. Please note, busy periods may vary slightly
Please email info@kire.com prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
KIRE reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS
If you have purchased through Afterpay/Zippay, the returns process is the same as above. If a store credit is issued, your payment plan will continue. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made will be refunded to your account.

 A fee of $10.00 AUD will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping and handling fees.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international customers are required to cover their return postage.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
We do not currently offer international exchanges.
