SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day from our Gold Coast warehouse.
During peak periods, including product launches, promotions and Christmas, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
If you select Standard Shipping, your parcel may be left in a safe place if deemed appropriate by the carrier.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
PLEASE NOTE
- KIRE is not responsible for shipping delays once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect shipping information may incur additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
- If an order is returned to us, a $10.00 re-shipping fee will apply.
